Because operators hold allocation separately from public ticket inventory, these are frequently bookable after individual Shibuya Sky tickets have sold out.

Where it is weak
No standalone observation-deck ticket. If you want plain entry to Shibuya Sky, this is not the platform. Buy from the official site at ¥2,700 or ¥3,400 for adults, or via Klook.
Bundled entry costs more. A tour that includes the deck costs more than a ¥3,400 ticket. That is reasonable — you are also buying a guided walk — but it is not a way to save money.

The flexibility argument
This is GetYourGuide’s most underrated advantage in Shibuya specifically.
Most of its products allow free cancellation up to 24 hours ahead, and many offer reserve-now-pay-later.
Why that matters here:
- The Shibuya Sky rooftop closes without notice in strong wind or rain
- Walking tours are outdoors
- Standalone deck tickets are frequently non-changeable
Being able to look at tomorrow’s forecast and cancel without penalty has genuine value in a district whose headline attraction is weather-dependent.
How to use it
Book the daytime walking tour first. Most reviewed, cheapest, and it teaches you the geography. Everything you do alone afterwards gets more efficient.
Use an evening tour as your deck fallback. When Shibuya Sky sells out, this is the practical route in.
Do not use it for plain tickets. Wrong tool.
