What we’d like to hear about
Corrections — A price has changed, opening hours are different, a venue has closed. We check official sources, but changes outrun us.
Broken links — External links returning errors.
Unclear writing — If a page left you unable to make a decision, or was easy to misread, that is useful to know.
Gaps — “This would have helped” suggestions.
Please include the page URL and the specific detail. It makes checking and correcting much faster.
What we can’t help with
Bookings
We do not sell tickets and we hold no booking data at all.
For confirmations, date changes, cancellations and refunds, contact whoever took your payment:

Venue operations
We do not run any venue, so we cannot give definitive answers on opening hours, entry conditions or whether an event is going ahead.

Individual itinerary planning
We are not a travel agency and do not build or book itineraries.

We will look at proposals, but we maintain editorial independence.

Response times
We normally review incoming mail within a few working days. We cannot reply individually to everything, but we read all of it.
Corrections in particular are checked, applied where needed, and reflected in the page’s updated date.
